Third Party Licenses
ImmerseSports, MySwim.Live and the Immerse Results apps are proprietary, closed source products. All rights in our own application code, designs and content are reserved and are not licensed for public use, redistribution or modification except as expressly authorised by us.
Key Third Party Libraries
The Services make use of a number of third party libraries, frameworks and tools. These are licensed by their respective authors under a variety of open source licenses (for example, MIT, Apache and others). The following non-exhaustive list highlights some of the key components:
- ASP.NET Core & .NET runtime – by Microsoft, used to power the web application and APIs.
- Entity Framework Core & Pomelo.EntityFrameworkCore.MySql – used for data access and MySQL database integration.
- SignalR & Azure SignalR – used to provide real-time updates for live results.
- MailKit – used for sending transactional emails.
- Swashbuckle.AspNetCore (Swagger) – used to generate interactive API documentation in development.
- Bootstrap, jQuery and related front-end libraries – used to support responsive layouts and interactive elements.
- Chart.js – used to render charts and visualisations.
Each of these components is licensed separately. For full license terms, please refer to the documentation and license information provided by each project (for example, in their public repositories or official websites).
