What is MySwim.Live / Immerse Results?

MySwim.Live and the Immerse Results mobile apps provide live and historical swimming meet results, start lists and event information. We work with clubs, schools and meet organisers to publish programs, lane allocations and race outcomes in an easy-to-use, mobile-friendly format.

Do I need an account to view results?

In most cases you can browse meet programs and results without creating an account. Certain features, such as saving favourites or managing profile information, may require you to sign in.

Where does the results data come from?

Results, start lists and event programs are provided by meet organisers, clubs and timing systems. We present this data through our platform but do not act as the official recorder of results. For official confirmations (for example, records or qualifying times), always refer to the meet organiser or governing body.

Your Data and Privacy

What personal information do you collect?

We may collect information such as your name, contact details, account credentials, usage information and limited meet-related data (for example, results linked to your swimmer profile). Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy.

How do I request access to or deletion of my data?

You can contact us using the details provided in our Privacy Policy to request access to the personal information we hold about you, or to request corrections. Where applicable, you may also request that certain personal information be deleted or de-identified, subject to legal and record-keeping requirements.

Why are some meets or results hidden or obfuscated?

Meet organisers may choose to mark certain meets or entries as privacy-protected, or to limit how results are displayed. In addition, we may apply privacy safeguards to protect swimmers in circumstances such as junior events or school meets. These settings can affect whether names, teams or results appear in search and profile views.

Using the Apps and Website

Why can’t I see my event or swimmer?

If you cannot find a meet, event or swimmer:

  • check that the meet is hosted through MySwim.Live or has enabled public publishing;
  • confirm the spelling of the swimmer’s name or try searching with fewer words; and
  • be aware that privacy settings or data corrections made by organisers can temporarily hide entries.

If you still cannot locate an expected result, please contact the meet organiser first to confirm the entry and official result.

Why is a meet showing as “Seeded”, “In Progress” or “Results”?

Meet status is determined based on dates and the status of events within the meet (for example, whether events are seeded, underway or fully scored). This status helps you quickly see whether a meet is upcoming, currently running or completed. Status labels are for convenience only and may differ slightly from how organisers describe their event schedule.

How do I report an issue with a result?

We cannot directly change official meet results. If you believe a result is incorrect, please contact the relevant club, school or meet organiser. If there is a technical issue with how a result is displayed in MySwim.Live or the Immerse Results apps, you can also use the support contact in the app or on the website to let us know.
